children in the classroom. If the teacher’s behaviour outside the classroom meets local community’s common sense requirements, it will be very good but if not, the quality of an English teacher should be judged only in his/her classroom teaching skill which is the best to our common knowledge. The local community should not mislead others good classroom teachers as bad teachers by all means because classroom teaching skill is more important than teacher’s behaviour outside the classroom unless it’s a criminal case which no teacher in the world should commit it.
4.2. Discipline Kids Or Let Them Follow You
Discipline children and using strict rules has always been the practice of all time since the beginning of classroom teaching. It becomes traditional teaching style and is still in use even in many schools of different countries in the world. Traditionally, various forms of corporal punishment have been an integral part of early education. Recently this practice has come under attack, and in many cases been outlawed, especially in Western countries . Instead of giving strict rules to discipline children, telling a good way of behaving in the classroom and to let the children follow the same will better impact students’ character. Sometimes, dealing with some disobedient students in the classroom can create unneccessary argument between teacher and administrator, teacher and student which can cause a lot of problems. Without controlling those students too much, the best way of keeping teacher’s dignity in the classroom is to tell them about what a good behavour in the classroom is and to show those kids how to practically behave in the same way following the teacher. This might be the best way to deal with such a strange problem which can happen in the classroom.
Primary students cannot remember even if the teacher may give a set of rules to follow in the classroom. If the lesson plan can catches all their senses to pay attention to the teaching or doing activity, that will be the best way to keep them learn in the classroom. Classroom teacher should avoid punishing children in the class but leave the punishment part to the parents or other class master who understand that student’s problem. If there is any one in the class who wants to disturb his or her friends, keep him or her away from the class or ask another responsible teacher to control the student in teacher’s room. This will make 95% of students in the class being able to concentrate on the lesson, and it’s a way of keeping your students’ learning without any disturbance.
4.3. Command Or Persuade
Children are notorious for their contrary nature. Let’s talk something about how children persuasion works through media hype. The setting of the margarine commercial takes place in a "Secret Kid Science Lab" with kids from the ages of five to ten. There are four main children in the scene and several extras busily engaged with experiments in the background. All of the children are wearing white lab jackets. The lighting and shading consist of a white and light-blue tint. The brightest tones are the pink and blue colors of the spread. Several kids in the background are working at tables with big flasks, full of bubbly, light pink and blue liquid. There are
