to learn from the teacher. In the teacher’s heart, there maybe favouratism given to some students who are faster learners in the classroom but it should not result in giving more time and more freedom which violates the classroom rules at the same time. Examination result maybe different from one student to another though learners may have equal opportunity in everything they do in the classroom. That is the reason why egalitarianism in teaching English class makes examination very important. Therefore, egalitarianism in teaching English classroom is of the essence for teachers who want to be successful in teaching English to primary level students. Knowing this theory is not enough but egalitarianism should be practiced in reality by the teacher.  Actually, it involves anti-discrimination policy of nationality, gender, skin colour, possession, people of different class, caste system and rich or poor.

4. Working With Children

Working with children means constant learning. English teachers don’t just teach them English, but they should become a part of their lives. Class teachers help students very much, but this is not enough. Therefore, there should be workshops to help inexperienced teachers. With this story, I wanted to share my experience and
to encourage all young teachers. Working with children is not easy. On the contrary, this is demanding and exhausting. But, when you overcome these difficulties and see what your pupils have achieved, you know that it is worth all the trouble.

4.1. Work With Children Or Just Teach

The briskest way of learning English for primary level children is not only from the teaching alone but also doing something related to what they study in the classroom. Though asking children to repeat the language so many times might be almost the same as brainwash program to them, which most of the English teachers in different parts of the world practice and is called traditional delivery of teaching English. I don’t mean that teaching should not involve asking children to repeat what they have to learn. It involves repeating the words for pronouncing those words correctly and at the same time creating an activity for students to work on so that the
language they learnt in the classroom would remain in their memory without forcing them to remember it in a way they feel monotonous.  What kind of activity a teacher should create depends on the words, sentence patterns, type of conversations and daily expressions of the lesson plan for the day. Creativity plays in this role.

As far as teaching children English is concern, what the teacher does in the classroom should involve working with the children though we call it teaching.  We never call a teacher without working with the children in the classroom for optimum success of students a good teacher though his or her character or behaviour outside the classroom seems exemplary to others.  For parents, school administrators and people in a community should be given a good knowledge of understanding what a good teacher is all about. Judging an English teacher because his/her characters out side the classroom is not as you like will never give their children good education unless the teacher has  real knowledge of competency that is teaching English to those
