Using library is necessary for writing dissertation in the academic years of the degree program. Student's employment location should be the place where a library is also accessible. Otherwise, it will be hard to be successful with Cosmos education. If student's work place is in the US, Canada, Australia or the UK, it is going to be the best choice because there are many good libraries in these countries though there are the possibilities of using such facilities even in some third world countries as well. Online libraries are available but with limitations, set up by the owners though.
