About Course And Teaching Method Developer:

Professor Dr. David Ngin Sian Pau is a professor, curriculum developer, and director at Cosmos International University and the first world leader of “Modern Heuristic Education”. Because of his educational philosophy, Dr.David Ngin Sian Pau travels around the world and teaches English at various schools, colleges and universities to explore the wisdom that generates wealth, power and justice together. He is one of the first dynamic theoretical and practical researchers in the field of teaching English. Having World Citizenship, he was born on 18^th June, 1971, and has been to India, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macau and China, spending most of his time in teaching English. His current location of research and teaching oral English classes is taking place at a government educational institute called Jiangsu Institute of Economics and Trade Technology in Nanjing City, People’s Republic of China, and he will teach there 2007-2008 academic year. Dr.David Ngin Sian Pau has completed the degree program of Ph.D.(Philosophical Doctor) in 2007 and he continues his research and heuristic education in teaching English that counts toward the D.Ph.(Advanced Doctor of Philosophy) program of Cosmos International University by writing a one-hundred-thousand-words dissertation on “Teaching English In A Non English Speaking World”.
