People: These nouns refer to the inhabitants of a particular place.  All are informal.  The answers can be found in the main part of the dictionary.

1.Scousers   - Liverpool
2.Angelenos - Los Angeles
3.Aussies     -  Australia
4.Brummies -  Birmingham
5.Kiwis         - New Zealand
6.Geordies -   Tyneside
7.newfies   -    New Foundland

Places: These places are famous because they are associated with particular industries or sectors.  They are often used without explanation in newspaper articles in refers to those industries.  All the places mentioned can be founded.  You could accept any reasonable answer and used the exercise for revising vocabulary for jobs and works.

2.Fleet Street     - Journalist
3.Harley Street  -  doctors
4.Tin Pan Alley -   musicians
5.Whitehall       -    civil servants
6.Madison Avenue - advertising executives

Products: These words started off as trade names but became so common that they are now usually used to refer to the whole class of product, not only those produced by a particular manufacturer. For example, Walkman can mean any personal stereo.

All students will fill-in the missing words in 5 minutes and Group A-People, B-Places, C-Products will tell the class what the answer is by drawing the picture/map on the board or showing the exact things to the class. If the group makes mistake, the other groups D, E, F will correct the mistakes.
