Welcome to Theology and Christian Ministry department of Cosmos International University! We offer D.Min. to special people who meet the following requirements. Recipient of this honorary doctorate degree will have the opportunity to go abroad. Candidates from western countries and developing countries will have to pay the necessary amount for graduation ceremony, certification, assessment and registration fees. Some Asians from under developing countries can get special consideration to waive the fee upon request.
1. Candidate must have at least 30 years of service as a missionary or pastoring at a church,
planting churches, evangelizing the unbelievers as a physician or running companies and
creating employment opportunities in a country.
2. Candidate must have experience in running school, teaching at an institution or in doing a
kind of development in his or her own community or society and for humanity.
3. Candidate must be at least 55 years old when receiving this honorary D.Min. degree.
4. He or she should be healthy.(optional)
5. Candidate should submit an autobiography written in his or her mother language and a copy of
translation in English as well to the president of Cosmos International University and must
have passed the assessment six months earlier prior to receiving the degree. This is an
important part of the requirements for the candidate which will let the assessment committee
know whether the person is worthy of honor to receive the Doctor of Christian Ministry.
6. Candidate must be an outstanding Christian leader locally or internationally.
7. Candidate must have at least four years theological studies at a Theological College or
Seminary and be able to read and write the English language well that may enable him to give speech in the church in English.
