Rev.Dr.Samuel Nang Khan Do scholarship is one of the ministries of Christian Development International Ministry, initiated in 2015. Please fill out the information as legibly as possible. Illegible answers will jeopardize your chances to get the scholarship. Your application will be disqualified if you omit required information.

The Application Form has Five Parts: (1) Consent Form, (2) Award Application Questions, (3) your Essay, (4) Request for School Transcripts, and (5) one Letter of Recommendation form.

Rev. Dr. Samuel Nang Khan Do scholarship is pleased to announce college scholarships specifically for high school or college students. To be eligible, a high school student must be a high school graduate (or graduating senior) by Summer 2015 and have only one parent or no parents. A college or university/seminary student must be currently enrolled, be 35 years of age or younger. Scholarship awards from the minimum of MMK 50,000 (US$50) to the maximum amount of 1,000,000 (US$1000) will be given to selected scholarship recipients on 15th May, 2015 in remembrance of the birthday of Rev.Dr.Samuel Nang Khan Do, the first honorary President of Christian Development International Ministry and the first recipient of Doctor of Christian Ministry from Cosmos International University.

PLEASE NOTE: All application materials (consent form, application form, essay, transcripts, and 1 letter of recommendation) must be included in one envelope and postmarked by March 18, 2019.
